The Juniper Pine Project came about after a decade of dedication by Sean and Kelly helping different populations to use art to heal. As a wildland firefighter, Purple Heart recipient, and combat veteran, Sean saw the value in art im working through traumatic events. Kelly, a trauma survivor, worked as a director in a nonprofit promoting peer support. She’s also taught art at assisted-living centers to elderly as well as children in elementary school, and she’s helped people in hospice care. Sean and Kelly use their experiences to make the world a better place by helping communities.
